Knob In the Woods Apartments

Overall not a bad place to live. Don’t let the gated entry fool you though when you’re considering apts, because our gate never goes down, so no one ever has to key in their code. There is a security patrol car sitting in the lot overnight most of the time, but the guy is usually asleep so I wouldn’t call that security. I will say I never feel unsafe living here, so it’s okay for now. Easy online rent payments, quick maintenance service if you need it, and relatively quiet neighborhood. The construction is pretty old, so there are thin walls and you basically hear everything your neighbors are doing, though. Also, the leaf pickup service at 7:30am is ridiculously loud, so goodluck sleeping during that, which goes all the way into December. The best part is the quick access to most places I need to get to, easy parking, and everyone keeps to themselves! I don’t see myself leaving unless I find something cheaper, but the price is decent and apts are big.
