The lady who sold us our contracts was nice but a lady at corporate office needs a course on customer relations. She had me so mad that I was screaming at her on the phone. It was all over confusion of the cards that are to be carried in your wallet until your death. We just spent $ 4000 and this is how pre-​planning your funeral is supposed to go??? I am a Viet Nam 2 tour vet and I probably should have apologized for my outrage but I know I was correct about their error. Large Corporations all are very arrogant and they seem to follow one to the grave !!!
Since my original post– we received the proper cards with our names sent by Fed Ex. We also received a lot of apologies since I informed them that I was writing the original review for Unilocal.It will still be difficult to post a 5 star review since we will not be using the services until 1 of us makes a worldly exit. We are hoping that all promises in the contract are kept. The entire funeral business is known for profiting off of emotion and planning in advance will hopefully avoid that.
