I am horrified by the customer service and unprofessional manner in which they conduct themselves. I had an appointment for 1pm last week and received a call at 12:50 asking if she could be an hour late. I found that quite unprofessional to call RIGHT before an appointment. That did not work for our schedule so I rescheduled for the following week, same time and day. When 1pm came no one showed up and no one called. I called multiple times and left messages and no one even called me back to say they weren’t coming. Also, when I mentioned to my Dr that I was quoted a price of $ 200 she was shocked, as she thought they charged $ 60. I’m not sure what exactly is going on but I recommend you do NOT use Pinnacle.
