Sam’s Club

This is the worst SAMs club I’ve ever been in. I went to check out a new laptop that I was interested in. There were three employee standing around having an inappropriate conversation. Not one of them asked if I need help. My husband got angry and asked if they were working, the one guy responded that they work in the cell phone area only, but he can get someone to come help us. The guy finally came over and asked if we needed help, he couldn’t answer my questions at all. Needless to say we went to Best Buy and made our purchase.

Love this place go at least once a wk! They changed things around so I can’t always find what I’m looking for without searching but I’ll ask someone and they help! I heard other Sam’s have alcohol samples but have yet to see this at this location! But this one is right around the corner and I don’t have any complaints! Oh now they sell alkaline water Thank God! Usually have everything I need! Thanks Sam’s!

Worst Sam’s I’ve ever been to! Small, poorly laid out, and hardly any clothing for sale. What’s with this place?! I was shocked! Never going back.

This Sam’s Club has horrible customer service. The lines are always long, even if you come in the middle of the day. If you call and ask for customer service they will just leave you on hold.
I have come up there to get a replacement card, only for the customer service rep to tell me their machine was not working. I asked her when it would be working. She was extremely nonchalant and said that she didn’t know. When I told her I needed a replacement card to get gas she shrugged her shoulders and said «M’am we don’t have control over our equipment breaking down, its a computer». She did not care about my inconvenience; she did not even try to offer a solution.
Also, watch your purse if you go here. They have had problems with theft in the parking lot. People have had purses stolen out of their carts. This is why there is usually a policeman outside the door, even during the day.
It’s pretty sad that I have to drive 20 minutes out the way to another Sam’s club just to get good service.

Rarely do I ever give reviews, but found this one necessary. I will never revisit this Sams Club again. I went to pickup several Rotisserie Chickens for a repast and when I reached this particular department, I noticed there weren’t any left. I asked one of the deli guys when there would be some ready and his reply was very rude and unpleasant. I will NEVER return to this establishment again!

Not my favorite Sam’s Club. No matter what time you go, the lines are ALWAYS long because there are insufficient cashiers.

The service is mediocre at best. I have had problems with each visit I’ve had at Sam’s Club. They lost my cake order slip and didn’t have my child’s birthday cake ready on the party date. Staff in the bakery were rude and didn’t apologize. The exterior of the store lacked attention and looked a mess with trash overflowing. Pricing could not keep me going to Sam’s Club because the experience is horrible. Store Manager never contacted and I even tried the corporate office for help. Needless to say I joined another Big Box retailer for bulk shopping.

A-​1 Customer Service! Customer Service is one of the main reasons I continue to shop at this location.

I’ve shopped here a couple of times and you can’t go wrong with Sam’s Club. Buy all of your essential food items in bulk for a cheaper price. Not to mention great deals on non-​food items as well. You can’t beat that! Sam’s Club also has a free sample table in almost every section of the grocery area so you can get a taste of what you’re buying or might be interested in getting. The bakery is awesome. If you’re the type to buy cakes often, I suggest coming here! They have a large selection and the cakes are so rich and delicious for a cheap price. I got big sheet cake for only $ 19.99 for my nephew’s birthday party. I went to Kroger earlier that day and theirs was more than twice as much.
Keep in mind that this is a membership store. You have to have a membership card, which is either $ 100 or $ 40 (I would suggest the $ 40) depending on the type you buy. I believe you have renew it every year. You can’t shop here unless you have a card or you’re with someone who has one. The security actually stop you at the door to check. You can fill out the application and they take your picture and your card is made right then and there. It’s worth the cost because you’ll be saving more in the long run if you’re a frequent shopper.

Every one has been to Sam’s Club at least once in their lifetime. It seems like it has been a life time since the last time I was there. I had obviously forgotten about the bulk deals. OMG! All the products that I needed, but cheaper! My soy milk, trail mix, spinach leaves, grain cereals, baking goods, etc., etc. I saved $ 60 just on the things I use weekly.
And don’t forget the samples! At every turn there is an employee there to hand you a sample that may be worth your while. The only thing I don’t like about the club is that it’s too big and it makes you spend more money. Everything you see you some how need.
Then there are all of the other departments that you must stroll through. My favorite? The electronics department. Can’t go wrong with the best priced electronics. Also, don’t forget the grab the kids lunch on your way out. $ 2.50 for 2 slices of pizza and a large drink. You can’t beat that any where. Sam’s Club is that deal!
