I couldn’t have asked for a better orthopedic surgeon.
I had to get my severely damaged shoulder fixed and Dr. Shapiro was great. I had to have a bad experience with a different surgeon that eventually lead me to go to Dr. Shapiro and I couldn’t be happier.
He has a GREAT bed side manner and he’s a great surgeon. He showed me pictures of the inside of my shoulder, the before and after and explained what he fixed. He actually answers questions and is likable as well as a top notch surgeon. I’m happy to say that 1 year later I have 100% mobility in my shoulder after 10 years of not being able to raise it more than halfway without it dislocating.
My surgery was performed at Royal Oak Beaumont Hospital.
Dr. Shapiro specializes in shoulders and knees.
