Sprint Store

This is the worst customer service I have ever had. I wish I could give them 0 stars. I created a Unilocal account just so I could post a negative review about this sprint store.
I went into the store knowing I had an upgrade and was ready to purchase a new phone. Knowing that they make commission, I should be a home run customer for them.
The first representative had to be asked by another to assist me and she acted like I was inconveniencing her and that it was not her job to help customers. Every answer was very short and given with a serious «I don’t care attitude». As she took a personal call and walked out the store after saying 5 words to me, I moved on and chalked that one up to her having a bad day.
While walking around the store wanting to know more about phones. I noticed a gentleman that was helping another customer that seemed to genuinely have actual customer service skills. He noticed me waiting and asked if he could do something for me while I wait. I told him that I would much rather talk to him about an upgrade because the other representative was not in a very good mood. He answered one quick question I had and finished up his transaction with another customer.
While waiting for him to finish up, another rep came out from the back and asked if I had any questions. I told him the same story, that I wanted to upgrade and asked him about cameras on specific phones. Without answering my question, he stated that he had not finished his lunch and that he would help me after he went back into the back and finished his lunch, and that it should only be 20 mins.
I asked him why he would come out and ask to help me if his plan was to go back and finish his lunch. Finish your lunch before walking onto the sales floor!
I told them that I had had enough and walked out. This was literally the worst customer service I have ever had. They did nothing to try and stop me from walking out.
Long story short. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT STORE!

I’m surprised no one has reviewed this Sprint. I went here today and the service was awesome! Even the times I went and was just looking and let it be known I was browsing the employees were still helpful. I would definitely refer anyone looking for a Sprint with good customer service to this location.
