Decent service. I ran into a language barrier there because they kept drifting into their native language and not realizing that they were still speaking to me, then getting frustrated at me for not answering them. All I can speak is English, sorry. Lack of knowledge on the cash register too is also present. UPDATE: Updating my review due to a final«nail in the coffin» experience to add to my previous below par to awful visits. I go in there to use my Subway Rewards card. Mind you, I didn’t think I had to prepare them prior to the order because I thought it was a simple task. I go through the line and everything, struggling as usual due to the service, and I get to the cashier to pay. I tell her that I am using my Subway Rewards to pay for my meal(I had 200 accumulated) and she tells me that I cannot use it. The card reader is working, but they do not know the steps to deduct points off of my card. All three of them in the location do not. I was so annoyed because that was my only form of payment and I thought it would be a no-brainer. As I left, three others in line realized my struggle and also left because that was there form of payment as well. Very poor service, I never struggle at other subways like I do at this one as of recent.

Subway has always been my top choice for fast food, for obvious reasons — healthy, fresh and tasty. However the service at this branch was pretty slow. No greeting, no interest in what the customer is saying. In the end I was just satisfied as the food was fresh.

Pretty good Subway, very clean and nice. Service is ok but based on my experiences with other subways this one is on par. I would suggest going before 11:30am or after 1:30pm. That 2 hour window is crazy.

Let me start by saying I usually avoid any Subway unless I’m desperate. I think the«food» quality is bad and is all processed mystery meat. I came here because I got a gift card for my birthday and there are about 5 within 3 miles of my office. This one is actually decent as far as cleanliness and service. I got there at a good time, just after 1pm on a Monday, and the person who made my food was patient and attentive. I had a $ 2 toasted meatball marinara 6″(always wondered how it tasted) that wasn’t awful and a «turkey» chopped salad. All in all it wasn’t terrible as I expected. The others in the area are dirty and have rude service. I’ll go back to spend the rest of my gift card but prefer any other place to Subway. On my way out around 1:10pm there were about 4 people in line but they had enough staff to handle them and it looked like the manager was the one wiping off tables and cleaning around the soda machine. Cheers to this Subway for doing the best with what you have to work with.

I ate at this Subway restaurant three times in one week, ordered the same items and all three times was charged a different amount. The first day, my ham sub with double meat a side of chips and Coke Zero was $ 8.75, but the next day it was $ 7.25. Then they gave me a $ 3 off coupon and it was $ 6.25. It has been a week and I am still confused. Maybe this Subway needs to adopt the JC Penney«Fair and Square» model or create a powerpoint presentation on ham sub pricing. Lastly, I noticed the ham sub was not just a ham sub but a «Black Forest» ham sub. I assume this means the pig was slaughtered in a «Black Forest» or something like that.

Well its Subway. Same as you get anywhere. They have a lot of businesses in the area so the lunch rush can get busy. However they move along very quick, with no problems. This is my preferred lunch destination while working because you can get what you want and quickly.
