Two days before Christmas we were able to get in and out with exactly what we were looking for in under an hour. We even tried out a few bikes and skateboards. The staff was all working extremely hard and was helpful when needed. It was a lot more stocked and clean than I was expecting being so close to Christmas. I had never been to this location and was expecting the worst and I was glad I was wrong. I will return to this location again.

This has got to be the worst toys r us. Such bad customer service. They r so slow. After waiting in line for 10 minutes I gave up. Only 2 registers open. Never going there again

Give your kid a sock puppet or a stick from your yard before you shop here. I wish that there was an option to give NO STARS. This store is a train wreck. In general Toys R Us is horrible with customer service… this store takes it to a new low. I wish I could say that this review was based on one poor incident. However, it comes after repeated issues over the course of years. The latest failure has pushed me over the edge. Amazon, Target… anything other than Toys R Us at this point.

I’m surprised by the reviews because I had excellent service, from the customer service associate, who was warm, enthusiastic and helpful, as she waved the manager over to get me a $ 5 discount on a damaged Barbie Collector box. The manager was also helpful, delighted that I took some of the clearance off his shelves. This a great time of year to get clearance gifts for Toys For Tots!
For those of you who want to shop here, the store is located on the right side of Telegraph, just before 12 Mile. I wouldn’t try to get her during rush hour, as this area is crazy then, but off-​peak times will be better. The store is practically on Telegraph, or as close as you can get!

Toys R Us is overpriced and never has good promos as a corporation. This location is usually busy, but there is rarely any employees around to help you. The ones that are there are usually nice, but it doesn’t help that they prices are high. You can find just about any toy you are looking for in the store because it is huge. I only go when there is a coupon in a mailer once every blue moon. They are located right on the side of Southfield Chrysler Jeep. I prefer Target over Toys R Us.
