Food was pretty decent. However, the thing that freaked me out the most was the gnats and fruit flys around the pop and ketchup machines. Very unsanitary and unhealthy. Not sure if I’d like to come their again because when I reported the issue, it seemed like they already knew about it.

The service here is good but the cleanliness is horrible. Sticky tables and floors along with gnats huvering around the ketchup dispenser and soda machine is unacceptable. Especially when the reason I come here is for the customized sodas you can fix. It would be different if this was my first visit here, but it isn’t. I love Wendy’s but not this one.

The parking lot is a pain, the setup makes it hard to get in and out if the location. The employees are never nice and you seem like you are bothering them if you ask if your drink is diet or not. The food is good but the slowness of the staff makes it pointless to run there at lunch, you should just go to subway or another walk in place and eat inside, rather then going through the drive through.

Two days ago a bought an asiago chicken club sandwich at this Wendy’s restaurant. Five hours later I was doubled over with stomach cramps and experiencing chills and weakness. A few hours later I was puking my guts out. Shortly thereafter, the explosive diarrhea kicked in.
That kind of food poisoning usually results from fecal contamination of food.

Waterford, MI
Very hit and miss. Sometimes they are great and other times they are awful. The location sucks to get in and out of, and at the wrong time of day can be a complete zoo to navigate the lot.
