NOSTARS… I purchased 2 parts for my central air unit 1 week ago. When the heating n cooling tech came out, his verdict was I needed a new unit. I purchased a window air conditioner that day. I went to return the parts, with boxes and receipt and was told by the usual rude man we don’t accept returns on used parts, ??? And stand there with a smirk on his face, accusing me of lying… I have always despised going there because of the antisocial people whom work there. Now I have a reason to never go back, it only costed me 46.00, how many customers will this cost you. I plan to spread my dissatisfaction all over anyone who would like to read a review about your company policy(even though it isn’t posted) and employee attitudes.

In theory, this place would be great, but the games they play with prices just ruin it all. The basic problem is that they sell parts to the end user(you and me), but also to repair shops that mark up their prices on parts. So to protect their commercial repair shop customers, Servall jacks up the prices on parts they sell to the end user. This is not a new practice, but still a big scam nonetheless.
