Was not at all happy with the embroidery job I had done there. Tried to cover up their mistake knowing I wanted the Detroit Tigers Old English D embroidered on a shirt. Ended up with the D that you usually see on the Red Wings winter classic stuff. Only thing else I can say is there are many other embroidery shops and I will take future business elsewhere. Oh and this place must have moved because they are located on Fort St. Just south of Champaign.

Worst Customer Service. I ordered shirts for a corporate softball team and one was misspelled. Mistakes happen, but I asked the owners to send me a new one, rather than me taking a day off work to go pick it up b/​c their hours of operation aren’t convenient if you have a career. I quote the owner «that’s not how it works.» I even offered to send the t-​shirt back at my own expense. Unbelievable answer from the owner:
«Wal-​Mart, you buy something get home missing a part you have to go back to the store to return it for a new one or get the part. McDonalds, you order in the drive thru get home your missing a Big Mack you have to go get it…»
You don’t reply to your customers with smart comments like that.
Will never order nor recommend them to anyone.
