First time in and probably the last. Girl behind the counter was very rude. I overheard her say she was the owners daughter. I guess she has job security so she doesn’t care. I guess I should have gone to Dunkin donuts like I usually do.

Coffee was good as usual but we came in on Wednesday horrible service and it’s buy one get one and not only was I over charged but they didn’t give me the deal and when I asked about it they told me they’re done with it for the day!!!

Peppermint Stick Mocha
I asked the barista for something awesome and she recommended the Peppermint Stick Mocha. It is a chocolaty mocha with the freshness of a peppermint, topped with a light layer of whipped cream with sprinkles. It’s warm enough to carry you in those freezing Michigan winters. Give it a try.

I really wouldn’t know what all these other reviews are talking about.
We walked in, ordered our chai tea latte, the place looks clean, orderly and neat. Customer service was on pointpoint, they up sold which I didn’t mind. The cinnamon rolls did look amazing.
Anyways, it’s a nice place to hang out, have some hot drinks and chat with friends. («,) Weeeeeeeee!

Coffee is good I enjoy the customer service. But the thing I find very irritating about this location is that the owners are here EVERYTIME I’m trying to get a coffee. And I feel like they are staring and constantly judging not only the employees but the customers. Per example the last time I was here they were having a meeting and basically Yelling across the shop. People were there trying to read and study it is very bad.
Will only stop because it’s close to home

This Biggby store is one of the best biggby stores I’ve been to! I have no idea what the other reviews are saying. I’ve never had a problem with any of the employees, their actually wonderful. This is also the cleanest coffee shop I’ve ever been to. It’s always spotless. Kudos to the owner!!! For as long as their open I will always give them my serivce.

I must agree with the other reviews, I’m not a fan of this coffee shop at all. The customer service is just disgusting. Not friendly and rude.
I dislike that the man behind the counter keeps staring at my friend and I. I don’t why he’s staring, but the look he is giving us is dirty. I’m not a fan. We did nothing wrong, but ordered beverages & studied for our test at the tables inside.
Probably wouldn’t give them my service again.

A friend and I went into this shop today and I ordered a Frozen Hot chocolate. It arrives hot instead of frozen so I said to the gentleman who made it that it was supposed to be frozen. He looked at the receipt and the cashier made a mistake and put it down as hot, he said he would remake it but the cashier spoke up and said very rudely «No she didn’t, She ordered it hot». The woman behind me spoke up and said that I in fact ordered it frozen and the cashier began to ARGUE with us. She kept saying that I ordered it hot although my friend and I both ordered frozen drinks. If I had not already paid, I would have just left. I cant leave the cashiers name because she wasn’t wearing a name tag, but she was working on ⁷⁄₁₅ at 12:30 and was the only girl behind the counter. I wouldn’t have given that shop my business if I had known just how rude that employee was and will not be in the future.

I wouldn’t give this place a star, I wish I could give a negative star. Very unfriendly and rude, the lady behind the desk wouldn’t accept a coupon from the Biggby app and she wouldn’t accept a coupon from another Biggby. She told me they don’t accept any coupons! Horrible customer service, I’m sick and tired of businesses like the this, who could care less about customer service, they give Biggby a bad name
