Well I looked at all the reviews before I even wrote this review and I realize I should have invested a little bit more time before I was to do business with this company I own company in the downriver area that has nothing to do with software or computers. As soon as I walked in to this place it felt like that there was no professionalism but at the time I was looking for a used computer that I could hook up to the Internet and get some invoices printed they were more than happy to sell me a machine that had Windows 7 compatible with anything that I was running but within just a couple of days I rebooted the computer up and it made a series beeps. I knew I was in trouble so I packed it up and took it back when I walked into the storeThe so-​called lady behind the desk that sold me the computer says will check it out and let you know for a price needless to say. I work in construction home-​improvement my business is honest if you have a problem with something that That my company is gone let’s just say I’m going to take care of you. So called lady at the front desk with the attitude I called to check after a week of them having the tower they seem to have an attitude Like I had done something wrong. I was so upset and pissed off which I don’t get very often I drove down the street and I seen a store that was called the computer company it’s located on Allen Road in Eureka needless to stay I thought that I would get the same treatment But when I brought the computer in It was a very professional place the guy at the front desk says let’s plug it in and check it out right now. I was surprise when he told me what the problem was fixed it and said don’t worry about it if you have another problem with any of your other systems come back and see me that’s how I would’ve handled
not looking for any freebies just honesty and professionalismlet let me ask you do you think it was right .for him to sell me a refurbished machine and not stand behind it?

This place is such a joke. I bought a used computer from here assuming that they would have checked it out for functionality. It was a complete turd with awesome specs for the price, but waited until 2 days after the 1 month return policy was up to crap out on me. I should have known better based on the online reviews. If you know exactly what you want, and just need to buy components this place will work, but if you need to buy a used tube or get repairs please go else where as these people are crooks when it comes to that side of the business. Save your self some trouble and go to microcenter.
