I have lived here for going on 3 years, and i LOVE it.
Its affordable, and you get alot for your money. What I like most about this place, is the management office. I cant express enough, how sweet the staff is here. Any time I had an issue, they had it fixed. My rent is $ 540 for a one bedroom apartment, free heat, I pay my water ‚$ 27 a month and my DTE bill is never over 40 $ in my apartment. They are down the street from everything, and have a pool. They also allowed me to have my ferrets which was a plus for me. Highly recommend them!
