My experience was not good. They need to fix the drive-​thru intercom. I was literally screaming my order and she still didn’t hear me. I ordered the baked spaghetti and blue slush. The food was ok and the slush was on point. The cashier forgot to give me my parmesane cheese and peppers. She seemed to ready to get off work!!!

Fazoli’s is Italian fast food. They even have a drive-​through! If you prefer to really bask in your meal, you have the option to order at the cash register and take a number.
As far as the food, it tastes about how you would expect fast Italian food to taste. The noodles are overcooked and plain, the sauce is watered down, and the chicken tastes bland and reheated. Calling it chicken might be generous. Maybe it’s my fault for expecting entirely too much from a $ 7 «Italian» meal.
It is cheap and fast though, and the breadsticks are a guilty pleasure.
