the food is what you expect from bk, however the service is god awful. they give attitude when you have coupons, or when you ask for your order to be repeated. I was literally givin a sigh. i get its fast food but who wants a side of sass?

The chicken sandwich I had on my last visit was not that appetizing. Unfortunately, I didn’t find this out until I returned to work and took my first bite. It had a very odd consistency; as if it had been steamed and microwaved. It was also and odd shade of white, with nary a grill mark on it. To their credit, service at the time of ordering was pleasant. No issues there. I ended up writing to their customer service via the company website. I received a response a few days later apologizing and it stated they would mail me a coupon for a free Whopper. Would I come back? Sure, I’ll give them a second chance. But I probably wont chance it with chicken.

Bad service, rude! Long waits! New hires there are horrible, will give you attitude and dirty looks. Seen other customers get treated badly right in front of others!

Slow. There could be no one in the place and it still take nearly 5 minutes to get a Burger and fries. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s always slow. Can’t figure it.

Whereas the one on Queen Street in Southington elevates the food that is Burger King, this one lowers it. Often cold, the food is not speedily produced, and it seems a bit greasier. Tends to be messy, I’ve found in the two times I’ve been there.

It’s Burger King. Either you like their food or you don’t. This one is alright, their prices are a bit steeper than the one near my house in Torrington, but that’s probably some sort of regional pricing BS scheme. There’s a 40-ish lady with blonde hair who works the breakfast shift that I love, she teases me when I don’t get the burrito thingies, because that’s what I usually get in the morning for breakfast(however that has come to a screeching halt… it seems like BK breakfast in general sits like a rock with me, and that’s not exclusive to this particular location) There’s a manager type with glasses and bushy dark hair who always seems to cop an attitude, but the other manager type who’s there at lunch, Kris is also awesome. I can’t rate the inside, I don’t usually go in. I work nearby so I hit the drive through at lunch on occasion usually.

it’s a bk. they have veggie burgers. flat screen tv’s on the wall. ok coffee. free wifi. parking lot layout kinda sucks. the entry on the main road is enter-only and the exit is at a steep angle that makes most cars scrape. the interior is nice for a bk(i think it was recently renovated) sort of high tech feel with tv’s and brushed aluminum. big drive thru lane. the door has a «NOVIDEOCAMERASALLOWED» sign. usually you see those signs on strip club doors. weird. veggie burgers are ok but they are microwaved.(i guess thats good, no animal fat cross-contamination)

My good friends in high school used to work here, and so I’d end up eating here all the time. It’s a great little spot right next to the freeway and the movie theatre. I loved the Western Whopper, when they had it. This place was also known for«hookin’ us up» with tons of fries… haha Nostalgia! Damn, it’s too bad I don’t eat fast food anymore. To Do: Visit this BK, go to the movies, get coffee at D&D across the street. Pass the eff out from a fun afternoon.
