I believe KS Billards is only by appointment. I called the owner Keith (who was referred by Namco in Southington), and he came to my house in the next 48 hours to disassemble my pool table. It is obvious that he knows exactly what he is doing. He came back within 1 – 2 days of when I wanted it reassembled as well. The price was absolutely reasonable for the type of work, and his speed. He is highly professional, and I was impressed with his extensive knowledge of pool tables. He has been doing it for 20+ years. I would be MORE than happy to refer him in the future.
