Does anyone know how to get these guys(Nethosters acquired by Omega) to respond to a support ticket. I have been having problems for months with their service. They never respond to requests for service or calls. Finally talked to a guy about a week ago. He said he would fix everything and appologized. He said he saw my support tickets but did not see any response to them. Now I have the same problem: email not being received from outside senders. I sent two support tickets to Nethosters — no response. I called Omega — their phone message says they are closed on weekends, so I sent them a direct email for support. No response received to that so far either.
