I’ve had a unit here for about a year and had the nicest person helping me when I went in to get the unit. I don’t know if he works here anymore but that was the last time I was satisfied with the service. 1st winter they hadn’t plowed completely and we had to use a sled to get things to our unit. I called that night and left a msg, it took 3 days to get a callback. The late fee is also a bit ridiculous at $ 20.00! I made my payment, got the confirmation showing a $ 0.00 balance and then received a call saying I owed another $ 20. Not really sure what the site mgr can do. Whenever I have a problem I’m told to call customer service. Looking for a new storage facility today

I went here the ending of July to rent a storage for my sister .I always look for Great Customer Service. All the workers that were there at the time were very friendly. A girl with cool tattoos, an older gently that gave me the paper work, and a young black guy. All 3 have AWESOMECUSTOMERSERVICE!!!

More than a week after the snow storm, and I had to climb through snow to get to the keypad to exit and enter the lot, and I was informed they do not shovel out your unit, they just get the path clear. Still waiting for a random act of kindness or stellar service to occur and I will write a rave review. Like I said they seem like nice people just not great service
