My youngest and I have been seen here a few times. ALWAYS treated like family. We received the best care by the most professional and caring staff. THIS is how an ER should be.
I also appreciate how the billing is done here. What a nice surprise knowing I won’t be receiving any further bills!

The staff is great! They were fast, friendly, attentive and competent. The facility was spotless. We took our 6-​year-​old son in for a few stitches and both the nurse and the doctor handled him and the situation expertly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone needing prompt, competent medical care.

I came in with a severe migraine, sore neck and chills. Dr. Duchamp went above and beyond to determine what was causing the pain. She is such a caring, professional doctor with a wonderful and friendly nurse staff. This is my second time coming to this facility and I would recommend this place to anyone looking for excellent care.

Very efficient and provides a high level of healthcare service. The entire facility is spotless and is set-​up emergency room style. My family has used Complete Care on several occasions; it is just so easy to get in and out of. Follow-​up is wonderful.

Fabulous experience. We were in Texas visiting our daughter and grandkids. My husband had flown in and was very ill. Took him to Complete Care Southlake.
The physician was very professional and attentive. The nurses also. We got my husband all the tests and medications he needed and we were on our way. He got better very quickly. Anytime we are in the area visiting our kids and we need a walk in health center. this is where we will go. We told our family about it as well and I am sure that if the need comes up they wouldn’t hesitate to go. The Doctor was great.

the girl at the front desk was awesome, from communication via the phone and checking our insurance to checking us in. the Nurses were friendly and very informative. The Doctor on call was also very personable and knowledgeable. I would recommend this facility. waiting room has complementary water bottles… nice touch and each room is equipped with a tv for you to enjoy!
Getting sick blows donkey dick, but if you do you want to check in here!
