Went in to browse and met a saleswoman. Returned two days later to purchase the chair but she wasn’t there. Another rep took my info and said she would check with the manager as I was interested in buying the floor model. She said I would receive a phone call the next day. No follow up at all. I didn’t leave with a warm and fuzzy feeling anyway since not one employee was welcoming or nice. Now, without a phone call, I guess I’ll go spend my $ 2,500 on the chair and ottoman at another store.
