I am so happy this place is so clean and nice. Best of all ladies they have size 5 and 5 ½ Nike tennis shoes. I ran around all day and finally place I had no idea has awesome selection workout shoes has SIZE 5 whooohooo. Dillard’s, Norstrom, Academy, DICKs, only carries size 6 for women and that’s it. Let’s not discriminate against petite women.
Thank you thank you thank you for having size 5 Nike!!! The last review I don’t understand the customer service but the customer service I got here is excellent she even ordered me a size 5 in the Nike shoe that I wanted it. Even offer free shipping when you order in store a different size.
Apparently men the have extended size up to 15 size. Womens carry up to 12. Big feet!
Very good selection very clean store great location for us Southlake people.

I left this store appalled at the behavior of the sales associate, Tricia! I had a return and because I used my debit card I wanted cash back. They were worried there wasn’t enough cash in the register. Instead of counting the cash first to double check Tricia started having a hissy fit and hastily calling her manager and other stores in the area.
While trying to get ahold of someone she bad mouthed me, the customer, to the other sales associate.
At this point she was freaking out. With in minutes her manager returned her call and Tricia HUNG UP ON HER! That scenario would be bad enough in itself, but in front of a customer it’s unacceptable.
The manager then called back and Tricia refused to answer the phone ordering the other sales associate to do it «because she is so rude to me! All I did was ask a question.»
She then proceeded to bad mouth her manager at this point and kept telling the other SA that she wanted to her her what she thought after I left in the back room. This female (calling her a woman or lady is too generous) is out of control. A total spoiled brat! I was in awe of her childish behavior and unprofessionalism. The other SA had to console her to calm her down. Ridiculous!
I plan on contacting corporate and reporting the incident. We will never be shopping at the store again.
