This place is amazing and knows how to take care of people. I went in for a massage and wanted a deep tissue and Jacob did not disappoint. By far, the best massage ever and have never had anyone work on my TMJ and piriformis muscle with such detail and loved the facial as well. Relaxing and wonderful and cannot beat the price

I received a Groupon from a friend and I had a great experience. I had never even heard of MassageLuxe prior to the treat. Looks like it is similar to Massage Envy in that it is a chain and you can purchase a membership.
I opted for a deep tissue massage (over the facial.) Unfortunately, I do not remember the gal’s name who performed the massage, but I can say she was awesome! She was quite knowledgable about trigger points and finding the origin of my aches and pains, being the middle of my back. My fellow friends agreed that their massages were great, as well.
After the massage, we were treated to a 15 minute session on the HydraMassage table. Damn, that was incredible! I had never seen one of these wonderful contraptions before; a mattress with dry water jets at the bottom. Lay down, hit start, and the glory begins. Yes, fully clothed, the warm water jets travel up and down to hit the tight muscles. We were told that a membership to the company includes unlimited 15 minute sessions on this thing.
I only wish a MassageLuxe was in Las Colinas!

I purchased a massage on Groupon and use it the day before NYE! Staff is very friendly! I was greeted by two sweet girls at the front desk! After getting the paperwork filled out, Kylie my masseuse showed up to greet me in the waiting area. She asked what areas bothered me and she was great at working those spots. It definitely was the best massage I’ve gotten!
The Groupon came with a 15 minute hydroluxe massage. It wasn’t for me but it was nice to be able to try it! A lot of people love it!

I was able to get an appointment on the same day I called and it was a Sunday. The atmosphere was great and everyone was very professional. I will definately recommend to all my friends!

I first came in a couple months back to use a Groupon, which was a really great value! I was able to set the appointment for the same day with only an hours notice. MassageLuxe has a sophisticated environment and attentive staff. I usually go in every couple weeks after I have a chiropractic adjustment, and I leave feeling less in pain. I have never had a bad experience. Olga and Julian are really great at getting tense muscles to relax.

Great massage! They were able to squeeze me in the day of and it was great massage! I love getting massages but never signed up for a monthly plan but I went ahead and did there plus you get unlimited access to the hydro water massage thing

I called the number on Groupon (817−484−0488) on ⁸⁄₂₀ to schedule my ⁹⁄₂₀ appointment at the Southlake location. And called again on ⁸⁄₂₅ to reschedule it to ⁹⁄₁₂. On 9/​12, I arrived on time for my 1pm appointment, just to find out I was scheduled for the Addison location, which is 20 miles east of Southlake.
The girl Mandy was extremely rude, obnoxious, and not accommodating from the beginning. She had been yelling at me the whole time. She yelled that I must’ve called the wrong location when I scheduled. She showed me the list of people that she called to confirm yesterday and my name was not on there. She made it sound like it’s all my fault and she had done nothing wrong and there’s nothing she can do to help me. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous!
First of, even if I called the Addison location the 2^nd time when I reschedule, you would think people in their right mind would reschedule the same appt to the same location. Without even asking, they put me down for the Addison location. Let’s step back and just assume it’s my fault, I do not deserve to be yelled at and treated this way and nobody should! All I wanted was a massage! If Mandy had been nice about this from the start, I would’ve completely understand the situation and just come back at a later time.
I will not do business with MassageLuxe in the future. I have asked Groupon to refund my money!
