The doctor and staff at Southlake ENT are incredible. My daughter has been to Dr. Bryan for ear tubes, adenoid removal, and tonsillectomy. He is very patient, explains everything and what to expect. His staff goes above an beyond to make you feel comfortable from the first consultation to following up with the patient’s progress after surgery.

Love dr. Bryan and his staff!!! Referred to him for mass below ear. Called his office on Monday, saw him on Thursday, CT and lab that afternoon, biopsy on Monday then scheduled for surgery. I couldn’t ask for a more caring, concerned physician. It has been 2 weeks and I know I made the best choice!

I have been seeing Dr. Bryan for 10 years. I find his staff to be very courteous and caring. I can’t remember when I have had to wait over 15 minutes, including time in an exam room to see Dr. Bryan. I am sure waiting time can vary due to patient load and emergencies though.
I have had severe Vertigo twice in my life. In my case, it is has been very severe. Both times I have been able to get in to see Dr. Bryant as an emergency patient. He is a very knowledgable doctor. He takes the time to explain his diagnosis as well as the procedures he uses.
Anyone who has had Vertigo knows how disoriented it can make you feel. Dr Bryan has been able to clear up my Vertigo very quickly with a unique procedure that takes less than 30 minutes. This Dr. Is fantastic and I highly recommend him and his staff.

Office staff was rude, and left me in an examination room for 45 minutes with my appointment time of 8:30 without saying anything. I walked out and will never go back

You don’t really think about an earlobe until it swells up the size of your big toe, causing the side of your face to pull so tight your entire head feels like it’s on fire.
They were able to see me with very short notice and right before the holiday weekend. The procedure took just a few minutes and I was on my way pain free.
If you do go download the forms from the website and fill them out before hand. There are many.
