Least professional experience I have ever had! The entire office experience was horrible. It took several months before we could get an appointment (semi expected) and it was only at the appointment that I was told my insurance wasn’t accepted. (It was listed as accepted on our insurance website) It would have been nice to know earlier considering I gave our insurance information when making the appointment almost 2 months prior. Due to some pretty important deadlines, I went ahead and paid out of pocket for the testing which was nearly 3k. I made the deadlines very clear to the office and was assured that it would be no problem. Testing was scheduled 2 weeks later. Upon arriving for testing I was greeted with confusion and told that I had canceled the appointment, which I had not! Dr. Bengston did go ahead and do the testing but it was very frustrating considering I had already taken the day off and had certain expectations about the day ahead. Although I was promised the results in 3 weeks when we first scheduled the testing, after testing was completed, we were not scheduled for the follow up until 2 months later! Needless to say, I missed my deadline and both my family and myself experienced significant stress and hardship as a result. Do not recommend.
