As soon as I walked into this Fly fishing store, I fell in love with it! It was well laid out and was immediately greeted from a friendly staff member.
This Orris store is one of the newer Orris stores in the DFW area, located here in the Southlake area!
Double checked the fly fishing area and promptly noticed a well laid out area with great products that could take care of trout waters as well as salt waters and bass/​warm water fly fishing. The fly tying area well stocked with a large number of items!
While I checked out the place, I over herd one of the sales personal take care of a customer. He attentively listen to his customer, asked some very Great follow-​up questions and then started showing the customer some of the products that would help him in his new adventure. I loved the fact that he did not over sell him! The items that were picked out were on point and the items were solidly needed.
I had the opportunity to chat with a number of different employees, and all of the folks that I visited with were very informative. One female employee had transferred from the main Dallas store, come to find out she had years of fly fishing background, great customer service!
This Orris store is one that I would be more than sending any family or friend to and know they would end up with a great experience!
I know I’ll be back, when I’m in the area! Keep up the great service Orris Southlake! Nicely done!
