Poor quality service. The sign said open until 9, but they closed at 8 and refused to serve at 8:05. Poor service all around. Sign out front said open.

I love the rustic look of this DD location! All wood and open pipe lines, so homey! Everyone is friendly & the location is clean. There is alway sparking & never a long line, even though it’s the only one around.

This Dunkin Donuts is the only one around in this area — it isn’t open late :(and the service is nice however the coffee and the donuts aren’t as good as the ones in Port Jeff, Stony Brook etc (the ones I’m used to). I will continue to stop in here as this is the local one that I frequent but can we step it up on the coffee and the donuts? Boston Crème is my fav… YUM. (just not a full YUM from the Southold one)

I tell you I go to this Dunkin Donuts anywhere from 2 – 5 times a day I am a very big coffee drinker and I just love DD. However in the past few weeks they have moved Rita and Mike out of this store and it is horrible I went in there the other day and counted 4 people in front of me to get my coffee and pay it took 22 minutes with 4 people behind the counter its pretty sad not to mention that the coffee is never fresh most of the time i get my coffee and its cold and the employees are not friendly. I am really curious to see what the numbers look like in a buisness standpoint PLEASE RETURN MIKE AND RITA!!!

Finally in 2009, Southold town gets a Dunkin Donuts. I dont have to drive all the way to Riverhead just to go there. The only thing is that this Dunkin Donuts is not 24⁄7. Its only open until 11pm. This place is really clean, nice, and the staff is friendly. Love their coffee, iced coffee’, coolattas and the donuts. Sometimes at night they give out free donuts or unless you buy 1 or 2, they will throw you 6 for the price of the 1 or 2.
