This is where you look up to the menu on the wall, and order at the counter. It feels very cold and uninviting.
I tried their burger, it was more condiments than burger. I didn’t really expect tater tots in a restaurant more like in a children’s lunch type of food.
The food is in baskets on wax paper the prices are fine china and silverware. They have baskets, but they don’t have any basket food, like french fries, onion rings, jalapeño poppers, chicken tenders. Mashed potatoes will be put on wax paper, well at least its not styrofoam.

Discovered the Bouncing Log Café on Unilocal and had an early lunch on a Saturday. Had the ¹⁄₃ lb. steak burger with cheddar and bacon. It was a near perfect burger, it was fresh and juicy but the homemade bun put it over the top. The crispy tots that accompanied were tasty too. Ask for the «log sauce» for dipping. We also took an apple pie cupcake to go. It was moist and light.
The owners are doing things the right way, taking the time to use quality ingredients and not taking shortcuts. I wish them the best of luck, we will definitely be back.

I ordered the Rum honey chicken breast w/pico. Delicious! My wife had the ham sandwich on homemade bun with tater tots. Great! Very nice owners and a pretty interesting rewards program. You should definitely stop by.

First time customers (we ordered it To Go). We had two Cali Steak Burgers and two Yard Bird Chicken sandwiches, aka with Tater Tots. One word: Delicious!!! Their homemade buns really made a difference. Wow!!!
The owner was a great guy and chatted with us while we waited. The place was busy but he greeted everyone and sincerely thanked everyone for their business. It was genuine, not some pasted on smile with a monotone «thanks» from a chain place.
Great first experience. We’ll be back for sure. 5++

We tried this today for lunch. Best burger I have ever eaten and crispy tater tots. I will definitely be back. They do daily specials that are not on the menu. They advertise those on the black board. You can call to find out specials or follow them on Facebook to see daily specials.
