The service from this company was average. Our problem was solved, but dealing with the office and billing staff was awful. Truly painful. For this reason alone, we will not use Eliminate Em again.

I called this morning — very helpful. They were out to my house before 1 PM and took care of the ground bee problem that was terrifying my children (okay and me too). Fantastic service

Bats! Paid a boatload of $$ in return for the assurance of no more bats. Still have bats. Called again. Even though they claim «same day service,» it took them over three weeks to get anyone to my house. They refuse to honor promise to come back and take care of the problem.
Use anyone else but these scammers.
According to their site, «There are no unnecessary long-​term contracts to sign.» That’s because once your check clears they forget your name.

Second time using this company. First time was the removal of a wasps nest in the gable vent of our attic, which was done quickly and effectively. Ed Dione, the tech that came to our house, was extremely nice and professional. He spent an extra 20 minutes explaining ticks, termites, ants, and other risk issues our house may be facing. He was not salesy or pushy, just informative. We called him back this year to do tick treatment on the yard and ant treatment on the house. He was attentive to our needs and came to treat right away. It rained. He called. We rescheduled. He showed up right on time. Highly recommended. Bugs beware!
