I’m the service writer/advisor at Repair Revolution in Seattle and use B&R regularly when I want to offer my customers a cheaper alternative to new parts from vendors and dealers. They deliver quickly, often accept returns if an item is not needed or is damaged or not as described, and they answer the phone or call back the same day. They often have the things I’m looking for in stock for very competitive prices. I’d recommend B&R to anyone looking for used auto parts. They’ve got everything from engines and transmissions to trim pieces to electrical parts. Kal Shepherd is who I usually talk to. He’s great.

I went there to get a seat that I was told had recently arrived at the Spanaway location, according to the toll-free customer service rep for the B & R chain of wrecking /auto salvage yards. I went with one of the yard salvage workers to see the seats available and I went back to the office to pay for and arrange to get the seat. The counter person sent a different worker out to get the seat and he brought it to the cashier/office building. As I was getting ready to load the seat I noticed that the seat adjustment lever handle was missing and there was no way to adjust the seat up or back. The worker I went out with checked the seat for me at the time when I went out in the yard to look at seats, and see that all the seat adjustment levers worked on the seat that I wanted in the yard. The other guy that was sent out to remove the seat out of the salvage vehicle intentionally removed the seat adjustment lever. I decided not to get the seat after the seat adjustment lever had been intentionally removed from the seat. I would not trust this auto wrecking yard at all.
