I’m not too sure why others have gave this place such poor reviews, I have never had any problems with grease monkey and their staff. They are amazing, great prices, and very fast. Will continue to come back regularly!

I’ve been here before for my VW TDI jetta so I thought an oil change for a VW TDI Touraeg wouldn’t cost much more. I was Sticker Shocked! They charged me $ 44 for 4wd full service. I only wanted my brakes looked at and I had a coupon from them for a free inspection.
I didn’t notice this odd additional charge until I reviewed my bill prior to writing the Grease Monkey office… I have not heard back from them as to why I was charged $ 44. My total bill was $ 143.44. For an oil change? I asked why? He claimed it took a lit of oil. Also he gave me 20% discount for military instead if 15%. But I had to wait two hours! The mechanic drained the oil tank before checking if the right filter was in stock! I felt highjacked! It wasn’t until the next day after my migraine faded before I read their home page– 100% Customer Satisfaction! Really? I don’t think so

I went into this place to have my oil changed, and just like the few times before the lady there immediately goes into her up sell routine.
It’s always, you need to flush this and flush that, but unbeknownst to her, some of the fluids she claimed required service, had recently been done. The last straw was when she tried to sell me windshield wiper blades. When I responded «they were replaced yesterday» she replied «well they looked worn to me». I believe you could draw one of two conclusions here– she was either dishonest, or incompetent, neither are qualities I look for in a business who I have or would entrust with servicing my automobile. Feel free to draw your own conclusions, I for one will never return to this place.
