I’ve had a really good experience doing the classes with my baby. Started right at 3 months. He loves it. And it’s a great bonding experience with mom and dad. I gave it four stars because their billing is weird and you have to commit to going each day cause you get charged once you are signed up even if you get sick.

Love kinderswimmer in Spanaway! My son was freaked out about getting his face wet initally. We planned a vacation to mexico and really wanted him to be more confident in the water and to be able to relax and have fun. After 2 visits he was telling me how he even opened his eyes UNDER the water! After 6 visits he is cruising all over the pool and loves to jump in. He asks all week«when are we going to swimming lessons?» Their technique is great and the instructor definitely knows what she is doing.

My daughter was so afraid of the water she would scream bloody murder. She did the 1st and 2nd time. Now, she’s so excites to see her teachers. She loves swimming! Kinder Swimmer has wonderful teachers. I recommend them to everyone I know.

Love this place! My daughter had some swim lesson at another place for a year without much progress and in just 2 visits to kinderswim she was no longer using floaties! She loves it here! It’s decorated very cute and beachy and the water is always nice and warm. I highly recommend this place if you want your children to learn a lifesaving skill with confidence and in a great atmosphere!

I suppose their facility is good enough, it was the instructor I had a hard time with. My very shy, toddler aged daughter was never greeted or even acknowledged by the instructor, yet she was expected just to jump into a stranger’s arms. At one point the instructor actually tried to grab my daughter out of my arms, which didn’t go over well at all. My daughter was so shaken up that we never went back. We did, however, lose out on the registration fee and part of the tuition even though my daughter never even got in the pool.

Great program! Love the class size is only up to 4 children, allowing time for each child to have one on one instruction with their teacher. The pool is 92 degrees! The pool house is decorated with beautiful murals and is very family friendly! I enjoy myself every time I am there! Highly recommended for any age. My daughter is always excited to get in the pool and have her class, and she’s learning a potentially life saving skill.

My son has been in classes at KinderSwimmer since he was 8 months old(now almost 2). He loves it! Our teacher is awesome and seems to really love the kids and her job. It is a little expensive but absolutely

Kinder Swimmer has to be the best swimming instruction company our family has come across! Both of my kids love going & love the instructors! Facilites are very accomidating. Staff is professional and has gone above to show they are eager to help both of my kids succeed in their swimming confidence and goals. I would definitely recommend kinder swimmer to anyone looking into lessons for their kids. Their technique and training methods are unlike another competitors not to mention their pools are super warm & salt water so my kids don’t have itchy dry skin & burning eyes like they would from typical chlorine pools.

«Meh» sums up Kinder Swimmer perfectly in my book. I think that its a great place to introduce your toddler to the water and ease general fears of the water. But as far as actually teaching children to be independent swimmers, they really fall short. Especially in Washington its one of the only ways to keep your kids swimming regularly through the winter, but I think that the program seriously lacks in the ability to teach kids to grow into independent swimmers.
