Anytime I have to go here to get a prescription filled, I feel as if I’m being an inconvenience. They are always rude, never helpful. Drive thru is supposedly be convenient and sometimes you will wait like 10 minutes just for someone to come, only to be told you need to go inside. When you have a sick kid or a sleeping baby, not always ideal. I have switched to another pharmacy unless I don’t have any other choice.

Very rude pharmacy tech there, a female. I was told repeatedly that I would have to get my rx sent in from my md office. No. It was a refill and I’ve been to other rite aides before and should be in the system. She didn’t ask me for my name or dob until I told her it was a refill. She acted like I was inconveniencing her. Didn’t want to help me. I’ll be going to rite aide up pacific from now on. Never going back to this pharmacy.

Went to get some Pepsi here as they had a decent sale on the half racks of Pepsi– this time around there was actually two people at the checkout stands, in the past I have had to find someone in order to check out! My biggest complaint with Rite Aid.

I have used this pharmacy for over a year. My son has a lot of Rx’s and once they got to know us, and we put the Rx’s on auto refill, filling them got easier. The pharmacy manager does not go out of his way to make sure they have them in stock every month. Some times they have to order the Rx’s and it can take a few days to get them; and we have ran out of pills before they get them in. I feel if we come in every month for over a year, they should be able to keep them in stock. The front store is great and the employees are friendly. However it seems like every time I am in the store it’s the day they get there stock in. There are totes and boxes everywhere.
