Timeless Smiles was referred to our Basketball team by Bethel Rec. Two girls showed up at one of our practices, lined the team up in front of stacked floor mats and took pictures of the girls. I thought «I should just go get our money back and not have her do the pictures», but I didn’t.
This was in Dec ’12. For the 4 months following that shoot, our team, our coaches and Bethel Rec fought to get what we paid for, or our money back. FInally TODAY May 2, our pictures magically arrived.
Such a horrible company. Unorganized money hungry girls. DO NOT use this company. She needs to just sign up for an instagram acct and take her crappy pics there instead of cheating people.

*Update* The photos we had paid for finally came in the mail mid march. We did our photo-​shoot the first week of Oct. If you have a session done with her and have not received your photos, don’t give up keep emailing, calling, texting, and posting messages on her facebook page. One day she may finally mail them out to you. The photos were not good quality. They would have looked a thousand times better if we would have just went to walmart and had them done.
