Was visiting the area, ordered drive thru
* Shrimp and fries
Shrimp is cooked on inside, raw inside
*Fries
Fries cooked in bad oil and outside coating tastes bitter making fries taste bad.
* Halibut and fries
Gave wrong food — chicken strips instead of Halibut.

I’ve never been inside, always just the drive through for me. Always seems reasonably fast and they’ve never messed up an order so they are leaps and bounds above some of the other fast food places in that regard.
There are always coupons in the mail if you live near an Arctic Circle and they offer some great discounts. Prices are average but their value menu isn’t as cheap as some other places. Use coupons whenever possible!
Another plus is their support of local events and schools. They donate a lot of free stuff to promote reading and other school activities.

It tends to be not well cleaned and sometimes I feel like I’m waiting forever. The food is good except I usually get the chicken and they seem to have switched it from 3 chicken strips to 2 which leaves me still hungry after unless I want to shell out a little extra cash for another strip of chicken. That’s a little frustrating but the ice cream is awesome.

I remember going to Arctic Circle as a kid. I loved going there. This store… well I like their shakes and fries. The buns always seem stale. The service is usually ok, but never stellar. Today we went and, well… the dining room was pretty dirty. Most of the tables hadn’t been wiped down and there was food all over the floor. There were several employees standing behind the counter talking instead of trying to at least look like they cared about their jobs. They certainly didn’t care about the cleanliness of the store. The management needs to set the example for the rest of the staff.

We went through the drive thru and they treated us like we were a burden to serve. But it is staffed by teenagers. Our food was done and sitting in the bags for about five minutes and they did it on purpose. Not going back.

Lovely fast-​food, but it’ll cost you. The above order is $ 15.39. Well worth it on occasion.
Standard drive-​up service, primarily teenage staff. The interior is exactly dirty enough to confirm that the place is staffed by teenagers. The food is cooked to order, so don’t expect anything to be snappy.
I still migrate over here every Halloween to get a Square Pumpkin. Ahh, nostalgia…
