How does this place have so many stars? I realize that many(not all) Utahns lack an appreciation of good dining, but this place is terrible. I had never been before, but went with a relative. I was drawn to the place because I’m a vegetarian and eat a lot of salads. It’s certainly hard to find a good salad place in south Utah County. First of all, the premise for ordering a salad was totally bizarre. They make the salad for you and, if you do a custom salad(meaning not one from their pre-made menu), you get something like 7 topping choices. Things like beans or cucumbers or tomatoes to choose from. The scoop in which they give you your topping choices is literally a teaspoon. A teaspoon. Have I repeated that enough? A teaspoon. So, if you say to them that you want one of your topping choices to be cherry tomatoes, imagine how many cherry tomatoes you’re going to get with a teaspoon. That’s right, two. Since this was my first time, I didn’t know how the process completely worked. The first topping I asked for was beans. About four fell onto my salad so I asked the girl for more. I assumed that my 7 toppings meant 7 toppings total, but — no — it means SEVENSPOONFULS total. Remember: these are teaspoons. So, she gives me a few more scoops of beans and then informs me I have 2 toppings left. I say to her that I thought I got 7 toppings. She tells me I used that up because I had her put more beans on the salad. They charge something totally ridiculous for«extra toppings,» too. Instead of just letting me have the salad with a grand total of 9 beans on it now, they THREWMYSALADAWAY and started a new one so I could follow the teaspoon rule. Unbelievable. What a joke of customer service. And what a joke of a concept. You can go to a salad bar and put as many toppings on as you want. Why would anyone go here(again)? GOTO A SALADBAR.

The soup is good, but the constant barrage of up-sell attempts as one makes there way from one end of the line until you reach the cashier is relentlessly annoying and makes the meal experience unpalatable. Seriously, tonight my wife and I were asked the same questions by three different people before we finally purchased our two bowls of soup. This nickel and diming didn’t use to be part of their service mantra and I guess I’ll be ‘souping’ elsewhere from now on.

This chain is like a way better version of paneras. Salads are real high quality just like chopt on the east coast. Soups are great. Service is perfect. Try the chicken enchilada soup if you love cheese and spice.

Zupas is fantastic, especially if you want a lighter and healthier alternative for meal time. Great salads with fresh ingredients, sandwiches, paninis, and soups. Each meal comes with small portion of baguette and a chocolate covered strawberry. Price is great as well, especially for the quality of the food you are getting. I usually get a combo sandwich and half soup or salad and pay less than $ 10. Recommend: tomato basil soup, red pepper lobster bisque, any panini, nuts about berries salad. Quick service through a cafeteria-like line.

Years ago I got food poisoning from the Orem location. After a 3 year break I gathered up the courage to try a different location. Restaurant looked clean. Smelled good. Was not busy when I was there. Had the Maui Tropical Chicken Salad. Great flavor. Looked fresh. The red bowl, however, had a greasy film on it. No thanks. Heres where the stars fall off. 3 stars off for being skimpy. Really skimpy. Purchased a large salad for $ 8. The girl making it gave me 3 pineapple triangles the size of my pinkie fingernail. Pretty much the same for all the other toppings. That’s pathetic and cheap. In short, food is good. But any restaurant that is this cheap is not worthy of getting business. Who knows what else they are skimping on to save a buck. I believe in good business. I fork over my hard earned money for a product of quality and value. That doesn’t happen at Café Zupas. Maybe I’ll try again in 3 years. Then again, maybe not.

Fantastic salads!!! The salads are so refreshing and delicious. My favorite is the strawberry chicken salad with cranberries. Their sandwiches are really good too, especially the honey bacon panini. This zupas also has a special drink area with syrups so you can make a dirty dr pepper

Very friendly staff and great food. I loved the place! This is my first time here and I loved it. I will keep going there forever. The staff was some of the most pleasant staff I have ever seen at a restaurant.

I have enjoyed Zupas in Provo for years, so it was a thrill to find them closer to home! Their soups, salads, and sandwiches are top-notch! At the SF Zupas, I have enjoyed their clam chowder, chicken chop salad, and turkey sandwich. All were great and exceeded my expectations. The service is great and the restaurant is very clean. Two negatives, which is why they don’t get a full five stars — the music at this one is overly loud, and the soft drink area gets congested because there isn’t a lot of room to walk past other people.

Glad to see Zupas came to Spanish Fork. My wife and oldest daughter love the place. The 3 of us went Saturday night and it was really good! I has their promotional soup — India Mulagatawny and it was awesome. They really need to keep soups like this on the regular menu. The only regular soup on the menu that remotely interests me is the Veggie/Quinoa. The plainness of their soup selections and their skimping on the salad toppings are the only things that keep me from giving it a 5 star.

Great food, clean restaurant, friendly employees, and overall great vibe! The Café Zupas tomato soup is the best I’ve ever had!
