All Wrapped Up serves wraps, but these ain’t your average cold cuts and cheese in a tortilla. Burgers, chicken, and marinated sirloin are grilled to order, resulting in wraps to write home about. Shock Therapy($ 10.75) is a ½ lb burger wrap with bacon, potato pancakes, tomato, caramelized onion, red, yellow, and green bell peppers, jalapeño peppers, your choice of American, pepper jack or cheddar cheese, finished with jalapeño ranch dressing. All wraps come with a side of potato pancake or green salad with a dizzying array of housemade dressings available. Not to be outdone, Sam’s Insane Buffalo Wrap($ 7.75) is simpler and lighter but no slouch on flavor. Grilled chicken is tossed in spicy wing sauce, wrapped with cheddar cheese, plenty of romaine lettuce, then drizzled with ranch dressing. If you’re avoiding carbs, you can order any wrap«served naked» on a bed of lettuce.

We got a chance to try this food truck when they were outside Pigeon Head one Friday night. I was really impressed by the quality and flavor of the food out of a small food truck outside a brewery. The hubs got something with onions and meat and cheese, grilled and melty and delicious. I got a chicken bacon ranch wrap, which was delicious, though I definitely had some food envy for the warm crunchy gooey deliciousness that he had. I was really impressed with the customer service and the quality of the food, and I think it was a reasonable price to pay for what you get. I also really liked the ability to get something to eat while at a bar that doesn’t serve food.

I recently had a wonderful dinner from this amazing food truck! I chose the«Crazy Reno Cheese Steak» done«Naked»(on lettuce instead of as a wrap) and a potato pancake on the side. They had wonderful customer service and it was super tasty at a great price! I will definitely be having this again soon!
