I was buying a 15 year old house, nothing really wrong for Marc to find, he did what seemed to be a thorough job and I was completely satisfied with the inspection. He took time to talk to me about a few minor issues and showed me what the issues were. I would certainly recommend him for a home inspection. After I moved in I had an issue with the outlets in the master bathroom — couldn’t get them to turn on. Not being able to figure out the solution myself, after a month of turning on every switch in the house, I emailed Marc asking if he had recorded those working during his inspection. He quickly answered back and explained what I needed to do to turn them on, it worked and saved me a call to the electrician. Marc’s quick follow-​up and specific answer was greatly appreciated.

Horrible and incompetent the inspector called a leaking rusty waterheater its in” Good” condition. Also dented the metal roof when he inspected it not knowing it was a metal roof before he stepped on it how dumb can you be. Oh also he didn’t want to crawl under the house he took the information from the pest inspector… hmm lazy? Save your money use another company.

Roger came out to inspect two different homes that I was in escrow with. Both times he was very thorough and took the time to go over everything very clearly. I HIGHLY recommend Armstrong Inspections.

Marc Bebout, the Owner, was very professional and thorough. He took time to answer questions, offer information about the home I was purchasing and generally just went above and beyond. In addition, I was the lone female with 2 other men. But since I was the buyer, Marc spoke to me directly which was incredibly refreshing. You ladies know what I mean there.
