I have a new 5^th wheel camper, which only came with one 12V battery. I desperately wanted to upgrade to 2 6V batteries as we mostly dry camp and needed additional run time from our batteries. With a very basic understanding I arrived at Battery Systems of Reno based off of other Unilocal reviews and a coupe of phone calls. Every time they answered the phone I received nothing but friendly service and a plethora of knowledge. When I arrived to the store Randy was my sales person. I could tell right away that Randy was friendly and knowledgeable. Also, Doug helped out and he as well was very friendly and knowledgeable. Needles to say I left with 2 batteries and a couple extras. The pricing was way better then I was expecting (significantly better then the other battery store which starts with Batteries and ends with bulbs), and the product line is very extensive. When i’m in the market for my next battery purchase, car, trailer, etc. I’ll definitely be going back to Battery Systems of Reno. Thanks to the whole team there for a great sales expirience.

These guys are the best! Very knowledgeable in their products and you can’t beat their prices. Willing to solve all my battery problems over the phone close to their closing time and I didn’t feel rushed at all.

Oh my lord, these guys are yahoos right out of a comedy. Called and asked them for an aluminum double battery box. Oh yeah, they have one. Traveled 40 miles to get it, thought I would get the batteries there too. «Duh, oh you didn’t say aluminum!» says one of the ding dongs. I specified a-​l-​u-​m-​i-​n-​u-​m. Must have been too early in the day for them. Then this motley bunch gets snotty when i did not buy the batteries because they only had plastic battery boxes. Everybody has plastic battery boxes! Better places to go than this soon-​to-​go-​under place.
