Guy who answered the phone was incredibly rude. When I asked him if he spoke to all of his customers this way he told me to come down and «say that to my face» he also told me he would slap the sh*t out of my mother. True story!
Management did not respond to my email when I let them know of the incident.

Good products and much of it reliably in stock. However, follow through on orders is atrocious. I made a large order this year and we encountered mistake after mistake with little accountability.
