Cooper’s Emission Control & Tune Up Center

This is one of those hole in the wall places that you’ll drive past 1,000 times before actually stopping. I’ve been getting my smog done here for 15-​years and always have a very pleasant interaction. A few years ago I took my moms car in for a smog to coopers as it was something my dad always did and something she refuses to do. While I was waiting I happened to notice that her car was leaking oil. Great! How long has that been going on for? Jeez mom! What the heck?! Ugh!
As I was saying all these terrible things about my mom under my breath the gentleman performing the smog crawled under and noticed the oil pan screw wasn’t in all the way. So he grabbed a wrench and tightened it down. The place where I’d just had the oil changed didn’t reef it down hard enough. Sorry mom.
I asked how much for the inspection and repair and he said not to worry about it. It was on him. I hope this very positive Unilocal in some way can repay their courtesy over the last 15-​years. Coopers may be a hole in the wall place, but they rank huge with me.
