Greg, Kevin and James are a great group of guys. These guys bend over backward to make sure your experience is top notch. I’ve bought a few firearms and have done the research, their prices can’t be beat, plain and simple, don’t wait for a gun show when Juggernaut is right down the street.

This is a really great shop. For how small of place it is, there is a great selection of all types of firearms and ammo. They have the absolute best prices in town often beating their rivals Law Enforcement discount prices. I love their daily deals, I check them every day. I’ve had great customer experiences when I’ve gone in. It is what you make it. If you ask questions, they answer in a gracious helpful manner. If you don’t ask questions, they don’t push any sales on you of any kind; a good thing that shouldn’t warrant a negative review. I hope this shop grows and continues to offer the same great prices.

I have been to almost all the gun shops in Reno/​Sparks but this one is by far the best! I am almost afraid to say anything because it may become so popular that they might raise their prices, which I hope they don’t! The guns are affordable, they give a fair amount for any trades, the customer service is great, and they are very knowledgeable. Really great shop! My go to for all my gun needs.

About three months ago I spent over $ 2300 in this store. I returned this week to do some more shopping. There were 2 young men working, well one dark haired bearded man was working with the only other customer in the store. The other kid was blondish or red-​headed and he was sitting at a desk eating a bag of chips. After shopping there previously I am assuming the young red-​head is the owners son or related to him in some way. This rude kid sat and ate his chips the entire 5 – 6 minutes that I was in the store. I was ready to spend around a thousand dollars on a particular hand gun but unfortunately the red-​headed kid never said a word to me or asked me if I wanted to see something or if I was interested in anything, not a word! This lack of customer service is unacceptable and I will never shop there ever again. The owner, who seems like a nice guy, should teach his son some manners and basic customer service skills. I have a large group of gun enthusiast friends as I was born and raised in northern Nevada and ALL OF MY FRIENDS WILL HEAR ABOUT THIS!

Very knowledgeable and informative staff. The ‘Grizzly Adams’ gentleman was the one who assisted me. He answered all of my questions, while being friendly and professional. This seems to be a great, locally owned gun store that has an enormous selection of handguns and still a decent selection of rifles. He said they are still working on their ammo selection, which I noticed was limited. When shopping for your next firearm stop in here and support local!

This was an amazing experience. We went in to buy my husband his Christmas present and Greg was super helpful. And even though the background check place he needed to call had a super long wait time, he kept apologizing and letting us know what was going on. Also, there were a lot of people in the little store but he talked to everyone and made us all feel like we were valued customers. We will definitely be back when it’s time to get myslef a gun and my husband a few more!

My husband and I were finishing up our Memorial Day weekend holiday together, and decided to swing by this gun shop to check out some Glocks. At first, when he told me we were stopping by, I had a feeling of annoyance because I didn’t want to spend the last hours of our vacation time together in some dark, musty, old gun shop with testosterone raging so high you can feel it from a mile away.
We arrived at Juggernaut Arms and to my surprise, it was clean, bright and had some friendly faces behind the counter. There was a little waiting area with chairs and a small table, which is great if you have a husband like mine who can spend 8 hours at a time there and you really don’t want to keep moving around because you’re in everyone’s way.
Greg, the owner, was working behind the counter helping multiple customers. He is very easy to talk to, listens to what you are looking for, and is overall pretty easy going. He assisted my husband answering questions, pulling out guns from his stock in the back, and works with you to find exactly what you are looking for. There is a great sense of humbleness and humility to Greg and his store, and you can see it by his actions. He is a business man out to service the Reno area and provide a great selection of firearms and service. His prices are fair and low, and overall it was a really great experience.
Greg and his store have a very «Yes we can» attitude. He is a fair business man and very personable with his customers. We ended up buying a Glock, and I am positive that will not be the only firearm we purchase from him. Finally, a gun shop that is clean, not «Weird», and offers GREAT service! I highly recommend Juggernaut Arms, it’s pretty much hands down the BEST!

Rode by here on my motorcycle about a year ago and decided stop in. First impressions were wow this place is small, then I began talking to one of the owners Greg. Seemed like a cool guy, one that wouldn’t shame you for not knowing exactly what your talking about in regards to guns. Then help you figure out what it was you were looking for and what worked best. This was refreshing since I was used to dealing with grumpy old men at other gun stores. Then I looked at the prices and was amazed at the prices I had been paying; and what what they could be! If you want to pay a few dollars less and order it online you could, however if you want it now they probably have it and its competitive with Budsgunshop, sometimes less. Needless to say I have gone here a few times a month since my first trip in, sometimes to just BS, but most of the time to pick up some great deals.

It’s a small store tucked in the industrial section of Sparks. It’s packed full of handguns from Sig’s to Steyrs. They have a small selection of long guns.
Greg is very friendly and can answer the questions you have. The prices are good that I had to do a double take. They are cheaper than the big stores (Scheels/​Cabelas). If you have another firearm in mind, they can special order also.
I will recommend this gun dealer to all my friends and family.

Juggernaut Arms is top notch for firearms sales and gunsmith services in the Reno and Sparks area. My family, friends and I have used them for new gun purchases and gunsmith work. Their prices are excellent. I know of no one in the area who sells new guns for less money. We have had basic gunsmith services performed though them, too, and the work has been very good. Their hourly gunsmith rate is the lowest I’ve found in the area. The customer service I have received through Greg, one of the owners, is excellent. He’s very personable and knowledgeable. I highly recommend the Juggernaut Arms shop.

This is a great little gun shop that may not have the biggest selection due to limited floor space, but definitely some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Great place, friendly staff, decent amount of firearms on site. Great Gunsmithing, I highly recommend it over any place in town.

I’ve been following the FaceBook page for a while and saw they had .22 ammo in stock at reasonable prices. I went up to get a box the next day but they were sold out (as is the case everywhere). I spent some time checking out the small shop, and here are my impressions:
Well lit, well organized, great inventory for being so small. The guy working there is going places… solid business model for sure. A lot of places try to mark up their guns to cover all their expenses in one or two sales, this place makes money by pushing volume.
If you’re looking for guns, ammo, parts and accessories, it’s worth a call or a trip. I will see them again for sure.

Good things come in small packages. I work in the firearm industry. I’ve heard some good stuff about this place. Walked in and was greeted in the normal fashion. I didn’t go in to buy anything just wanted to check it out. The two owners there knew their stuff. Thinking it was going to be a short stop I left my wife and child in the car. After some thought I went out and got them and told my wife to pick out a new CC gun. They had a pretty good selection of Sub-​compacts. I sat back and listened. No cheesy gun salesmanship you normally see towards females. Just straight forward information. The salesmen truly took his time and wasn’t trying to push my wife in any direction. She tried each gun and was given a positive and negative of each weapon. After little deliberation my wife turned around and said I like this one and this is why. It fit her hand, was light weight and held 15 rounds. This coming from her mouth I was astonished. They did a great job educating my wife and she was completely happy with her new Glock 19. Their prices were right in line with the big names in town. Transfers for 25 $. I’ll be using them for my transfers and my special orders from now on.

Nice small shot the staff was helpful and anxious to share info. Good place. Just wish they had more inventory. I bet this will change as they grow.
