This has to be one of the worst consumer experiences of my life. My mom told me about this store after stopping in to check out what they had available. She seemed to think the customer service was great for a «second hand» appliance store. She found a Whirlpool washer and dryer set that was on display outside of the store(I’m assuming to lure people in), and purchased it for me so it wouldn’t get taken by the time I made it there. There were a couple of cosmetic scratches and and discolorations, but nothing that would detour us from purchasing. The people who helped her said that they clean up the appliances before delivering. Inside, outside, the whole shebang. She was also told that they will balance the machines upon delivery. As well as hook them up. She set up a morning delivery for the following day. The day of delivery I waited around all morning. They called at 12:45 and said they would be to my house within the hour to drop off the washer and dryer. Not morning by any means, but oh well. They still hadn’t arrived at 2:45, so I called the number to the store. I reached a «front desk» person who said she would call them to figure out the delay and call me back. She did not call back. By 3:45 I started calling again, no one would pick up, and no voicemail. Finally, got someone on the phone who said they would be to my house shortly. There was supposedly an accident en route to my house. I was very nice, said thank you, and hung up. They finally arrived at about 4:30 with my washer and dryer, but without the proper hook ups. AND they didn’t balance the dryer! My boyfriend then had to drive all the way to their store to get the proper hookups for our dryer. They neglected to clean the machines, as promised by the salesman, and because they were out in the rain, they were pretty messy, even the inside of the dryer was wet. I do not suggest anyone go to this location for used goods, they don’t stand by their word. I will not be surprised when they go out of business.
