I finally had to walk away! So disappointed in dealing with these folks — quoting product they couldn’t get, then not being able to get a quote on substitute product has set me behind and left me frustrated. Finally went to Sparks Tile and Stone and got the prompt professional experience i was expecting all along. Definitely would not recommend Nova Tile.

Carmichael, CA
Great place to go if you are shopping for tile or granite. They have the best selection of prefab granite in Reno and some great prices on tile, both natural stone and porcelain. The staff is super friendly and helpful.
