I’ve always received exceptional service here. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. With that said, the quality of the shoes that they carry is just not there. They sell cheap shoes at a cheap price. If this is something that you’re into, they have a very large selection. If you are looking for a quality shoe that will last, this is definitely not the place to be looking. They have a lot of fashion shoes though, which is nice because those don’t need to last.
The store is always very clean and organized as well. They seem to have a decent range of shoe sizes too.

Pretty good quality and looking shoes for less. Spend $ 70 – 80 and you may be able to use a $ 20 off online coupon. So look for online coupons before throwing $ 20 away.

Never cared about shoes until I came here! Great deals, something for everyone, after I bought two pairs of shoes I got a coupon for $ 10 off my next purchase! I got a cute pair of Vans for only $ 13. The clearance section rules.

Always have issues with the Legends mall VIP savings booklet and codes for this store. The girls are very unhelpful and ask me to go to cutomer service on the other side of the mall to obtain a booklet so they have a code to type in their system. They don’t have the code at their register, even though I carry my VIP savings card with me all the time, they refuse to give me their stupid discount. I will specifically go out of my way and shop at DSW from now on.

There are TONS of shoes here. Which I suppose if you’re a big-​time shoe shopper would seem like a paradise. I am not, however. If I don’t have any particular errand in here, I quickly find myself overwhelmed. Obviously, the women’s shoe selection FAR outpaces that of the men’s, but there is plenty of selection for both sexes. There’s even some nice selection for kids. The prices are fairly decent, even better if you happen to hit it during a sale.
I always include this shop when I’m on the hunt for shoes because you never know where you’re going to find a good deal. And if you’re looking for something in particular, chances are you’ll find it here.
Employees are decent, but I wouldn’t classify them as super friendly or helpful. They get the job done but I can’t say as if I’ve ever left with a warm-​fuzzy feeling in my heart.
