Quest Diagnostics

The waiting room is dirty, old carpet and uncomfortable chair. There is nothing to block the sun coming from the windows so if you come in the afternoon, the sun will be shining directly in your eyeballs.
There is one person working when I arrived so despite having an appointment, the wait was longer than I anticipated. The tech was very nice though. She explained the procedures properly and gave very clear instructions. However, the lab failed to process all of my MD’s request — they have to do two sets of test but only did one. Now I have to come back and redo the test — I have to collect specimen again and then come back to the lab to drop off the specimen. I made it very clear how uncomfortable (and gross) that is for me (I dropped out of Nursing for a reason) and yet they still managed to screw it up.
I will not be coming back again to this location.

The lab technicians are fast… But as far as customer service they are extremely rude. I truly dread having to get my labs done at the Sparks location on Vista
