We have furniture in our business that was built by this company and we have been thinking about getting another piece done since it is all so well made. I put a request on their website at 5:30am, by 7:30 I had a call from Tony and by 9 am he was at out salon to give us an estimate. I was extraordinarily impressed by the prompt service and by how very personable Tony was. We have not yet had the piece made but we plan to because we know it will be excellent quality.
I have a problem with businesses that don’t call back within 24 hours — I always assume they don’t really need or want my business if they can’t call me in a timely manner. Obviously, this is not the case with Ruby Crest Design — I highly recommend them.
