This is the best tile and granite place in town! Not only do they have amazing prices, they have great customer service as well. Jennifer and Randy were great to work with. I purchased a bunch of granite from them (to add on a kitchen). Unfortunately, a bad situation arose that I could not follow through with the order. They say all sales are final and no refunds but because of the situation that happened, they were very understanding and allowed for a refund (less a reasonable service charge). I’m in the process of buying a new home and will definitely use Sparks Tile and Stone when I re-​do the kitchen and bathrooms!

I can’t say enough good things about Cindy (owner) of Sparks Tile and Stone and her associates and how well they treated me. I recently decided to update my home with granite countertops in the kitchen and 3 bathrooms. An associate, Liz, was patient and cheerful throughout, showing me all of the options. I was able to make a decision in a short period of time and get all of the materials ordered. They were efficient and kept me updated on the status of the order. When I called, any associate was happy to help me with any question I had. I would definitely recommend doing business with this organization; they are totally hands-​on and, definitely, customer-​centric. It was a great experience!
