Subway

Staff only interested in gossiping with each other and texting. (Male staff) Food was poor quality. Not worth the savings over the competition.

I got off work and was starving. I thought a sandwich would be a nice choice for the hot day.
I pulled into the shopping center and found ample parking. I also liked that the front curb parking was reserved for 20 minute parking. Great to have handy when you want to jump in and out. People seemed to be observing the 20 minute rule as I sat an ate later.
Walking in I noticed the restaurant was a standard Subway footprint. The employee wasn’t out in the front area when I entered but he appeared before I even had a chance to glance at the menu. I ordered a sandwich I frequently order and was pleased when I was reminded that the addition of salami would be an additional fee. Though I knew that from past experience I have had many an employee neglect to tell me that and then look at me nervously when they ring me up a couple extra dollars.
The sandwich was made promptly and the employee was attentive to what I wanted and didn’t want on my sandwich. He wrapped it neatly and provided plenty of napkins. He noticed the drink I brought in with me and didn’t offer me a drink for purchase. The observation on his part was appreciated.
Since the day was beautiful but warm I was delighted to find a small table out front in the shade. I enjoyed my sandwich and some people watching.
I used the restroom before leaving and it seemed clean but quite dated. The fixtures were functional but not in the best condition. That said, it was clean and what is needed at a fast food location.
I will have to remember the close proximity of this location to my office so that I can stop by more often.

I frequent this Subway regularly. The staff is very friendly and they always remember what I order. I don’t even have to order anymore! Highly recommended.
