Juan and his crew just finished out xeriscape (replacing a problematic front lawn). We are SO happy with the work! Juan was quick to give us a quote and complete the paperwork for the HOA. They did our job on a Saturday morning and were done by lunch. Everything is pristine and our problem drip system is running like a gem! Highly recommend!

They were on time, and replaced my lawn with beautiful rocks, tree, flowers, shrubs, fixed my sprinklers. My yard was the worst in the neighborhood, now it’s one of the top 5. Very happy with results, I’ll hire them again to put cobblestones on driveway. My neighbors asking me who did this makeover. Thanks guys.

Our yard isn’t expansive but it is intricate. A lot of trees and bushes and rocks covered in leaves. Our appointment for a spring cleanup was at 10am. The guys showed up right on time and went to work. Our yard was gorgeous when they were done. Better than we could ever have done on our own. I highly recommend their service.

Juan and his team at T&T Lawns Plus are the best. After a years of neglecting my yard, I decided it was time to make a change. This included moving some rocks, trimming trees and bushes as well as re-​sodding dead spots.
I was so impressed with their work, that I’ve hired them to do monthly maintenance to keep my yard looking great — my neighbors are quite jealous.
The next project will be creating a sidewalk of pavers. I’m looking forward to working with the T&T Lawns crew once again.

I had another lawn service for almost 3 years… and there were never any weeds in the lawn. I tried this company for two months… my lawns have weeds in them all over. They are not cleaning their equipment between services of weedy areas at best. At worst… they are purposely running of the equipment in weeds to spread the seeds so they may have their customers buy their $ 125.00 yard weed spray service. Are they doing this? I don’t know. I do know that many weeds in the yard sprouted within a month of their service when almost none did for the previous 3 years with another service.
The only thing this company does for their service is to mow and edge the lawn. The other company also trimmed the bushes and used a seedeater on the walkways before blowing them clean.
I also had a snotty reply from the unprofessional owner when I told him why I was stopping the service.
They charge $ 30.00 per lawn mow (front and back is only 1,000 sq ft at most). The lawn guy finishes in about 5 minutes.
There are far superior services out there… for the same price… and they do much more… and with no harm to the lawn. I will definitely get another.
